ABOUT
Sarah Meyer wears the hats of both Owner and Consultant at Navigate. She works with companies to optimize profit through effective planning and specifically enjoys working in Trade Promotion Management and Optimization. Sarah has over 19 years CPG Industry experience and has led business implementations of TPM process and technology. She finds nothing better than a challenge! She is a Certified Change Manager and finds joy in leading organizations in effective change. Sarah is also a huge fan of small business and non-profit and likes to help organizations identify a long-term strategy as well as a short term, actionable plan to get there.
When she’s not working with clients, Sarah loves life on a coastal farm with her husband and children. She also enjoys spending time on the beach or in the garden and is a passionate advocate for local foster children. She is fond of TCU's Trust Based Relational Intervention model and is a TBRI Practitioner. Sarah currently serves as board member for NextUp, Florida region.
